Celebrate National Natural Family Planning Awareness Week
The Catholic Church throughout the United States will celebrate National Natural Family Planning Awareness Week, July 19–25, 2026, under the theme: "Natural Family Planning: Designed by God. Guided by Love. Open to Life."This annual observance invites all Catholics to celebrate and reverence God's beautiful plan for human sexuality, marriage, and family life. Rooted in Sacred Scripture and the Church's perennial teaching, Natural Family Planning reflects the dignity of authentic conjugal love by honoring both the unitive and life-giving meaning of marriage. It supports God's gifts of love and life, encourages responsible parenthood, and helps husbands and wives grow together in faithful, generous, and self-giving love.
We encourage you to explore the many articles, videos, bulletin resources, Church teachings, and opportunities to learn more about Natural Family Planning by visiting the USCCB's National Natural Family Planning Awareness Week webpage: https://www.usccb.org/topics/natural-family-planning/national-nfp-awareness-week.
